Enhancement Suggestion

On SellerCentral on the website, you have a "Manage Orders" section, and one of the tabs you have under that is "Canceled". The 7 columns shown under this are: "Order date", Order details", "Image", Product name", "Order type", "Order Status", and "Action".

Of course, you can go into "Set Table Preferences" and define what will be shown under most of these columns. Our suggestion is to add an identifier under one of these (either "Order details" or "Order Status") that shows who cancelled the order, as well as if an order was cancelled by the seller, to show the reason selected for cancelling the order.

It is currently easy to see when a buyer has requested an order be cancelled, as it is shown in a light yellow and shows "Buyer cancellation" under the "Order Status". However, it is harder to differentiate when an order has been cancelled by Amazon customer service or cancelled by the seller themselves.

This has caused confusion for us several times, as we've gone in and seen an order was cancelled, and we would have to backtrack through our team to see if one of us had cancelled an order, only to finally figure out that someone on Amazon's side had cancelled the order.
