Amazon deactivate my account 90 days ago believed that listing I create (no invenory) is "This product has been identified as Daflon, a prescription only medication. Prescription only medications are prohibited from sale or listing on Amazon"
I got manufakturer statement, documents, certificates and 3 opinions from FDA that product is dietary supplemnt not prescription only medication. Product is original, new, I have full right to use brand,
I create Listing of dietary supplement in good faith and best effort, from my perspective comply with all federal, state, and local laws and Amazon policies.
I provide Evidence that shows that my account complies with the Amazon "Restricted Products" policy.
Respecting Amazon policies, and to avoid future problems, I close listing so account not violate the Amazon Restricted Products policy anymore.
I provide Evidence that shows that my account complies now with the Amazon "Restricted Products" policy- other product is active.
I think I am hacked by some scammers, or AI

The major concern I see with this is that the product is listed as:

The images you provided in this case also confirmed these are the ingredients. Daflon is described as having 90% diosmin, and 10% hesperidin. The current dosage of each of these is equal to the 90/10 ratio which is likely the cause of concern.
Do you have any additional or supporting evidence that these products meet our requirements or additional testing documentation? If we cannot verify this product complies with our policy, the account will remain deactivated.

Thank you for following up on the situation.
From first day I explain Amazon specialist team that they are wrong, that my product is dietary supplement, I provide them all evidence and I contact with FDA about all situation- I create 4 cases in FDA (I can send all emails, with FDA officers and case numbers) to make sure of status of product is dietary supplement. I also provide evidence to Amazon:
- health certificate/ free sale certificate dietary supplement
- maufacturer invoice of dietary supplement
- GMP and ISO Certificate
- FDA opinion that my product is dietary supplement, and even that Daflon is not a "prescription only medication" in US,
and many more evidence. In last 100 days I create many appeals, always same answer "We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time"
Never, nobody even try to proof what they belive. Even one evidence that my product is "prescription only medication" in US. you can check all drugs in FDA database. In one conversation "specialist" was telling me that he spoke "even with his teacher of chemistry" that and he said this is medicine !!!

As previously stated this product was identified as being a violation of our restricted product policy, if you cannot show proof of compliance or that this compound mixture does not violate the policy, the listing and account will not be eligible for reactivation.
You are welcome to peruse any avenues you wish, but these requirements will remain the same. We need supporting evidence that this product is not related to what I mentioned and confirmed in the product images. If we cannot 100% verify compliance that your products comply, the account will remain deactivated.
You are individual responsible for confirming all products listed comply with our policy, even if you can sell it in a physical store, we have may take a stronger stance and prevent this type of product or mixture.

As previously mentioned, this product has been identified as violating our policy, if supporting evidence of compliance cannot be provided and verified to the appropriate teams the account will remain deactivated. At this time the ASIN is not eligible for reactivation thus the account will remain deactivated.
