Lost Buy Box on Entire Inventory
So we just lost the buy box on all of our active inventory. Over 100 ASINs. This happened randomly as everything was fine the morning of July 3. Account health is normal . And then that afternoon of July 3, all the buy boxes were lost (for new and used conditions).
I have seen other forum posts requesting an internal review of their account since seller support is unable to help. Amazon team @Glenn_Amazon @Veronica_Amazon @Michelle_Amazon @Cooper_Amazon, can you please do a Featured Offer Eligibility review for my seller account?
