Getting Adjustments for one rate
I have the one rate padded envelopes from fed ex and have been selecting 2 day one rate and now receiving adjustments for every single package.
Being charged upward of $20 per item. When i put in the correct detentions for the envelope fed ex does not come up as an option. so i selected padded envelope and now shipping something that should have costed $10 is doubled or even more with no heads up.
I even talked to a consultant from FedEx and he assured me it was correct. so know what? after checking and double checking that i was doing everything correctly i am out over $300. i cant find a way to dispute i have called fedex 100s of times and no one understands anything to do with amazon.

If you or any seller wish to dispute adjusted shipping charges from carriers, those requests need to be submitted to seller support.
Have you filed a support case with that information to dispute the FedEx-audited information?
The FedEx shipping services and restrictions have instructions on how to use a FedEx flat-rate envelope, pack, box or tube.
