Amazon labeling returns as HAZMAT when they are not, causing immense problems.

I have never had my computers labeled as Hazmat, now some are being labeled this way. It is incorrect, the Amazon AI is causing this. Some are labeled as this, some are not, It is clearly an error.

The problem is that Amazon does not provide the customer a return label. When I attempt to upload a label I created to the return authorization page I receive SYSTEM ERROR TRY AGAIN in 15 MINUTES.

This has not resolved and Amazon support tells me nothing is wrong

I desperately need help as my customers need return labels.
