I need to ship an order that contains two packages, but at the time of buy shipping I only can fill the information for one of the two boxes. How can I buy shipping for the two boxes that contain my order?

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. I took a look at your account and may need some additional info. I see you have three pending orders needing to ship out today, however all the orders are showing only unit purchased. Can you give me the last three digits of the order id? It is also potentially that Amazon wants you to use only one box to ship the item.

Some of our products ship in more than one box but Amazon can't understand that no matter how many pictures or what information we send. Heck you still can't put that it requires more than one box when you set up the listing. We have finally just settled on sending thing freight. Gives us the one tracking number for amazon but has a slew of other issues if someone is shipping to a residential address.

Thank you for the additional info. Unfortunately this is not possible using Amazon's buy shipping. If you would like you can purchase shipping labels off of Buy Shipping and ship in two boxes but that could potentially impact VTR as there would be two tracking numbers. I can see @Seller_0rXAME9V4LQSx did provide a suggestion for what they do:
