Listing wrongly removed

Hi,

I need help from a channel manager to help me resolve listings being taken down wrongly due to a patent infringement complaint from a competitor. My product was designed independently, has its own patent, and have a supplier patent as well. I hired legal council and provided Amazon with an attorney opinion for non-infringement. Amazon only relisted one of my variations and rejected the case for the remaining three. This is weird because they are all the same product with different designs, and have the same complaint ID. I asked for the case to be escalated to leadership team and still waiting. I have been out of sales for 8 days so far. And even the account health specialist categorized my product as high value listing.

Can a channel manager here help me resolve these issues with Amazon and accelerate resolution please?
