Help with Negative feedback removal
Order ID: # 113-9524849-8339423. Buyer was supposed to return a TV but returned a box of female underwear. While processing a refund I attached photo evidence to Amazon in the refund request platform checking all the necessary boxes and then charged buyer 100% . This resulted in no refund being issued but only the tax that the buyer paid for the item. I contacted me and I communicated with the buyer and explained the reason why refund was not issued. Buyer contacted me back that she wants to return the item for a refund. By the time I will reply to the buyer, she already left a negative feedback. I requested a feedback removal but this request was denied because according to Amazon the feedback didn't fall within guidelines for removal. I think this feedback is unfair based on the facts I provided. How can I get this negative feedback removal because I had similar issues ( buyers returing wrong item and $0 refund issued)reported through A-z claim which were losed in my favor after providing evidences to Amazon.
