Granted to the buyer for an order that was delivered and signed for at his address. Not a big order, just $400 but it's not about the money, it is about Amazon giving you a chance to TYPE OUT everything but there is no place to submit a file. I tell them in the initial correspondence that I have proof of signed delivery at the buyers address but I see no place to submit.
