Item shipped and delivered but buyer says not received

Postage bought through Amazon. The package was delivered. 2 weeks later, the buyer realized they did not have the book. The buyer filed an A to Z claim that was denied. The buyer appealed but was denied again. Amazon A to Z claim says no further action is needed on my part (seller). The buyer messaging me still and asking for a refund. What have others done?

Click on "No Response Needed" in their message to you.

Do not engage further.

Amazon is denying the A-Z because this is, at best, an abusive customer, and more realistically, a scammer.

Amazon told you "no further action needed", so don't bother with this customer. Even if they threaten a negative feedback, chances are good that Amazon will give it a strike-through.

Thanks for bringing this situation to the forums, @Seller_gYS71RrJhbBOn- and I appreciate the community offering some guidance!

I would concur that if the A-to-z Claim has already been closed in your favor, you would not need to continue engaging with the buyer, though of course it is your choice at the end of the day.

Should the buyer continue to send inappropriate messaging, please do report that abuse via the Buyer Seller Messaging path.
