Product received in FC but the pieces not added to inventory
We sent the product from México with ID FBA18FJDZNVH, 68Q2GV6N, 6 units, and it was received in the Fullfilment center, but the units were not added to my inventory. I sent pfoof the the merchindise was received in the FC by DHL and the proof of ownership of the product.
The answer was that the shipment was closed and that was it.
Now Amazon does not answer the inquiries, to the ticket id? so now? what do I do?
