Using a Non-Listed Law Company for Amazon IP Accelerator Program
Hello everyone,
I'm interested in utilizing Amazon's IP Accelerator Program to complete the trademark process for my products. I've noticed that Amazon provides a list of vetted law companies for this purpose. However, I have a specific law company in mind that is not on their list, but I believe they can provide excellent services.
My question is whether using a law company not listed by Amazon would still allow me to access all the benefits of the Amazon IP Accelerator Program? Has anyone had experience with this, or does Amazon strictly require using one of their listed law companies to participate in the program?
I'd appreciate any insights or experiences you can share on this matter. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello @Seller_UMpUcNiTpfdqO
My name is Sandy from the community manager team. Thank you for posting this great question.
Sellers are not required to use law firms listed in the IP Accelerator program. They can still get approved and get access to brand registry benefits. However, approval times and access to tools may be quicker using the IP Accelerator program.
Somethings I would mention is before hiring an attorney or trademark service company, to check whether they’re subject to an Order for Sanctions from the USPTO or listed on Potentially Misleading Solicitations.
If there are any questions please let me know.
Best,
Sandy
