HELP, We are a subscription Box and we are not getting any of our orders to come through.
We have not received any of our subscription box orders since August 7th.

- sndbox-ops@amazon.com Doesn't respond
- I create tickets and they close them because they don't understand the subscription boxes
- I created a ticket and had them call and they don't have a clue about subscription boxes and just say to create new products.
I have spoke with other subscription boxes and they are having the same problem.
