A to Z claim package not received
Hello, I received a claim from A to Z for a package that was not received by the customer. The Amazon label was purchased with the USPS carrier to be protected against claims. The package was sent within the two days established by Amazon.
It turns out that the USPS tracking guide only shows when the package was collected, the date, the time and then there is no more tracking, so I understand that the package may have been lost.
Amazon granted the claim to the buyer, deducted the money and affected Order Defect Rate from my seller account.
I made the corresponding appeal and it was denied with the following response from Amazon "you have not provided the name of the carrier or it does not correspond to any tracking information on the carrier's website" which is really false since the label was purchased from Amazon and it is clearly seen and read that it says USPS with a valid tracking number.
I ask then what is the point of you buying an Amazon label and sending the package on time if they are not going to protect you from claims and much less that affect your ODR.
I opened a case number 15966374791 to see if any moderator can help me.
Thanks

Was the package scanned as "accepted" by USPS before the ship by date?

Hello @Seller_v2laoQdsVlgOo,
Thank you for utilizing the forums!
I have reviewed the information you provided, the order associated with the Case ID you have shared, shows that it has not been received by the carrier USPS.
The claim team, decided to deny your appeal due to product not shipping on time. Please let me know if you have any other concerned or question.
Thanks,
Joey
