parcel been stuck at FLORENCE, NJ US
i have a parcel sent from uk heading to ABE8 and its stuck at nj cutoms been there since the 8th of may called ups says they cant do anything as its waiting clearance but surly should of cleared by now anyone else had this issue ?

While I do not have insights into UPS or the customs timeline, I have seen in other threads throughout the Forums that this process can unfortunately take a bit a time to complete. I'd definitely encourage other sellers to chime into this thread with any suggestions or past experiences they'd like to share!
