Thanks for your questions regarding products in the Amazon Custom program. Per the Amazon Custom help page you should be able to add and remove customization content in bulk using the an upload. If you have any difficulties with making your changes, please provide your most recent Seller Support Case ID and I will see what escalation options I can provide.

To further clarify regarding bulk customization management:
While you can use bulk upload to add, edit, and remove customization options for your products, please note that completely removing the customization function at the ASIN level must still be done individually.
