Research status? what is that? Why?
What is the research status?
My ASIN went out of stock because 50 units being hijacked to "researching" status. Same time 21 pending orders were cancelled last 30 days because FBA is not shipping. They are telling me this happened because of credit card issues, which is unlike, I hardly have any cancellations and I am selling for over 1 year now on amazon. I'm spending on average 5k on Ads every month, now for What?

We don't participate in FBA but I was able to find a vague explanation in Seller Help.
