I heard bad things about RDU2 but wow.

My package was delivered on June 7th with an initial investigation date of June 28th, now its been pushed back to July 7th.

My concerned after research on the forums is that the investigation on my FBA shipment will be pushed back indefinitely until Amazon says the investigation period is closed.

The package itself is only worth $120 USD. Why not let me open up an investigation for reimbursement??

I need this escalated and NOT pushed back again.
