Can't Buy UPS Label from Amazon Buy Shipping

Since Monday 10/28/24, I can't buy UPS Shipping Label from Amazon. It just gives me that error everytime I try to do it. I called twice now and the issue is still not fixed. They told me to put a check mark on the UPS Terms and Conditions on Merchant API but that didn't help the problem. Please help. I need to have this issue fixed as soon as possible.

I just got mine fixed. I hope this method will work for the other sellers that has the same issue as mine.
It looks like the amount of characters on your Ship From Name on your label have a limit. If your Ship Location name has "&", for some reason it changes "&" to a code and makes the Ship Location Name longer and exceed the character limit. So the fix we did was to create a new Ship From Location with a shorter name and that fixed the problem for me. Make sure when you buy a label, change the ship from location to the new one that you just made. I hope this helps.

Our partner team is investigating these seller reports, and I have shared the information in this thread with that team. I am in contact with that team and will follow up when more information becomes available. One suggestion offered was to attempt to change the SHIP_FROM_ADDRESS and try again.
It would help any of the sellers experiencing this issue could report if they noticed any pattern or specific circumstances beyond it affecting UPS: is this affecting expedited services only, does it affect certain origin/destination locations, etc.

I'm having same problem. I saw a response from a Moderator suggesting to change ship from address, has anyone tried this? Sounds like a potential drop shipping trigger to me.
