Bundling Products with my own brand name

Hello,

I would like to know how I can bundle products using my own brand name. I have a GTIN exemption.

For Example, If I would like to Put a Hershey Bar, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and Snickers Bar together using my brand name, what should I do? What additional products/ paperwork do I need? How does the listing need to be formatted?

You would need permission from Hershey, Reeses and Snickers to do so to use their trademarks for your product, and create a UPC code for your item through GS1.

If you want to sell these brands, bundled or not, you need a written "Letter of Authorization" from each one.

And since you don't want to use UPCs from GS1, two weeks later you will have three other sellers on your listing.

And then all the sellers would get hit with Trademark Infringement!

Greetings @Seller_t4B5NHvz7mfqC,

While bundles can consist of multiple Brands, they should not be created under your own Brand Name. Per the Product Bundling policy :

A bundle can be composed of different branded items, however the bundle itself should be branded according to the highest priced item in the bundle.

Additionally you may have difficulties listing products as a bundle in this way unless you are the Brand Owner of all the products. Creating listings against Brand Registered Brands is restricted per the ASIN Creation Policy:

To protect the customer shopping experience, we limit the creation of new ASINs for a brand enrolled in Brand Registry by sellers who are not associated with the brand owner.

In general I would not recommend creating Bundles in this way as it would be a violation of these two policies. If you are interested in creating bundles you may want to reach out to the Brand Owner. Thank you for your understanding.
