Using your own Fedex & UPS accounts makes it easier for claims if needed because they are your accounts and not Amazons accounts. From what I've read in the forums it will save you a lot more headaches connectiong your accounts to amazon buy shipping.

Hello @Seller_8KeCulpouvO7B. With Amazon Buy Shipping, you can access Amazon’s negotiated shipping rates or link your own rates from your FedEx or UPS account for Seller Fulfilled Prime or non-Prime orders.
