Two of my six units were successfully received during the inbound process and then linked to customer orders. However, they were never shipped because Amazon Support told me the customers didn’t confirm payment. This has happened three times now with the same ASIN: it gets tied to a customer order, never ships, then the order is canceled, and the units return to "researching" status. Why does this keep happening?
