Are you the publisher of record? If so, which program are you using (Vendor Central, KDP, distributor account, etc)?

Keyword attributes are part of listings that allow related words that might not be appropriate for titles or other detail page attributes, such as an intended use. You can learn more about keyword attributes on the Keyword attributes explained help page. Thank you for your time.
