I have the same message says that 'Your account is inactive

You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated.''

I have an active charge method but I can't see the link to upload my documents. Also, I am not able to contact with help center. I do get the same message again again.

Could you help me to fix this issue?

We are also facing the exact same issue. Received an email with a link to upload verification documents but the link only takes you to the Store Status page, and there's no where to begin the verification process.

I was able to check with the appropriate team and found that your account is in active status. Is this what you are seeing? Have you been able to verify your account as of yet? If not, can you please share any associated case ID's so we can look into this for you?
