I have an active charge method but I can't see the link to upload my documents. Also, I am not able to contact with help center. I do get the same message again again.
Could you help me to fix this issue?

We are also facing the exact same issue. Received an email with a link to upload verification documents but the link only takes you to the Store Status page, and there's no where to begin the verification process.
