Fbm order return to po box now being issued ups labels ends up lost
Yes, as the title says, amazon now changed our prepaid return labels from usps to ups and they won’t deliver to a po box. So customer return packages are being sent to a warehouse on Hebron, KY. Ans customers are filing an atoz claim. Anyone able to retreive these packages?

If you are using a po box at a usps location for returns, signup for their Premium PO Box Service Street Addressing. It will give you a street address with your box number so UPS will deliver there. Then change your return address to that one.

I am having the same issue. Multiple customers are being sent UPS prepaid return labels. These UPS returns are being marked as "Delivered" to all parts of the country and not making their way back to us. Is there anyway we can fix this issue?

I am having the same issue. So far in lost products and adjustments I am up to $350 loss on this debacle. I have a case out there but I am getting no where so far. Just the typical our internal team is looking into it.
Out of curiosity, did you happen to start using Veeqo when this happened?

useless update from seller support:
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
I am Ashutosh from Amazon leadership team.
I understand your concerns regarding MFN orders that were returned to a different return address. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand how important this must be for you to run the business and I sincerely empathize with you.
Please note that we will be unable to investigate or provide support on orders for which return was already created. There is no process for us to track/take action on the orders returned to the Amazon warehouse.
The future orders will be returned as per your updated settings.

Hello @Seller_jEPIHDmR16bEG @Seller_XBEzQ87CxcDUV @Seller_25835rBG60h0W and any other seller asking about return shipments that did not successfully reach you:
If a "Refund at First Scan" was issued by Amazon for a return that was rerouted or sent back to the buyer, your best next step is to file a SAFE-T Claim for the amount of the return. Please check back if this path is unavailable for you.
