My account was suspended and no customer support

My account was suspended and I was just about to update my inventory ship my items to the warehouse.

Unfortunate I cannot contact customer service since everything is blocked on my account. How am I suppose to reactivate it. I updated my credit card details again, but my account never reactivated.

Amazon seller support is horrible. I had the same issue when I wanted to sign up and had no customer service to assist me.

Thanks for your post. I am sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing.

Have you received a notification that your account has been suspended? You can find these in the Performance Notification section of your account. There can be various reasons as to why an account has been suspended so it's difficult to give advice without knowing the message content.

I also see you mention updating your credit card. When you updated your card information did you input all details, including your address? Sometimes, the system needs all details to be entered as if they have never been in the account, to fully refresh.

To contact Seller Support you should be able to click on help on the top right hand side, or bottom left hand side of your account. You can also use this link: Get Help.

I can try and help as best I can over the forums but due to their public nature we can only share general advice and tips. It's not possible for us to share account specific information.
