Brand Analytics Not Showing Up/Access Setting
We have full admin user permissions for our client, but when I try to give another team member access to brand analytics, they are not seeing it update on their end.
We have tried everything, including giving them admin access. But Brand analytics access is not there and it will show up for them under the brands menu. This is happening for a few of our clients and it is not an isolated incident.
How do we resolve this?
