Brand being claimed by other Brand Stewards
Hello, I am an administrator for a global Seller Central account selling whistles. I have legal documentation for our Trademark registration and products. We are the original supplier/manufacturer for all of our products.
We are trying to correct ASINs in our catalogue where other sellers have been able to correct brand and manufacturer however are being repeatedly told another brand steward owns the listing.
On 3 ASINs details have been changed so AMZ AI identifies the product (a plastic dog training whistle) as a pesticide/pesticide device. We are unable to remove the erroneous wording and our stock is now stranded because ASINs are 'owned by another brand steward'!
Other products in our catalogue are now listed multiple times, however, because the other ASINs are owned by another brand we cannot merge them. They are listed under the correct EAN/UPC so if we violate these ASINs we violate our own.
I have submitted multiple cases on individual ASINs and our entire catalogue, with all legal documentation, to prove we are the brand holder and get a resolution, but to no avail.
We even have Transparency in place for our GTINs
I really need to get this straightened out and take ownership of it.

Hello @Seller_kBiQJcB36LEg0,
My name is JiAlex from the Community Manager team here on forums. I wanted to follow up on your post. In order for me to take a look, could you please provide me the case ID related to the US marketplace showing the ASINs.
Regards,
JiAlex
