Why Amazon support does NOT assign one support team member for one issue and give OWNERSHIP to same person until it is resolved?
Why do we get replies from multiple Seller Support team members for one issue? Why not assign OWNERSHIP of the issue to one team member? Most big companies assign one person, so you are in contact with the same support person until the end.

But then that person would have to be authorized to resolve your issue and they are not....

This has been suggested many times and unfortunately Amazon has shown no inclination that they would go down this path. It is generally accepted that the more people that touch a given problem the less likely you will get an optimal solution but Amazon is OK with bad outcomes.
Also when no one takes ownership of a problem there can be no accountability, without accountability nothing gets done.

because they fight each other to CLOSE your case first. They get scored for how fast they close a close , that is why instead of responding and waiting for a reply from you they just copy paste their reply without reading your words and close the case.................great system
