Request for feature offer eligibility reviewed
On the 29th of Last month we suddenly featured offer eligibility for all our Merchant Fulfilled and some of our FBA Listings set to "Feature Offer Eligibility - No.". We had an issue early last month that was resolved with the help of the account health team. We are currently meeting all metrics and our account is in healthy status.
I opened a case in Seller Central but received a generic response stating, "We’re not able to discuss all the factors that determine Featured Offer Eligibility, but here are some tips to help increase the chance of your offers being eligible"
Please escalate case ID 15576931711 and have someone manually review our Feature Offer Eligibility. It is critical that we have Feature Offer Eligibility as it has reduced sales by 50%.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the feature offer eligibility. I did review the case information provided and see where they stated the listings are not eligible. I have gone ahead and engaged another community manager to further review the situation and see if any actions can be taken.
