Unable to get correction on "A-to-z". Carrier Caused Delay! Label purchased using Amazon Buy Shipping".
Any pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
Order placed and shipped 5/5 by USPS using "Buy Shipping".
Client filed a to z on 5/20 that was auto closed in the clients favor, and drafted from our account.
Carrier caused this, and we had no chance to represent the claim.
We have made 20+ attempts to get this correct to no avail.
The shipping label that was eligible for “Package didn't arrive” A-to-z and SAFE-T claims protection was purchased through Amazon Buy Shipping.
We have lost the product, the funds, and have this affecting our ODR.

Looks like when you handed it off it was never scanned by the carrier as accepted until 5/20. That is one of the main reasons you won't be covered is that it wasn't "accepted" on or before the ship date.
