Amazon Holding my fund
My EU marketplace has been deactivated according to the Business Solutions Agreement. I am currently appealing with relevant information and documents they requested. However they verified me and allowed me to transfer the balance. On the other hand my US marketplace has been deactivated because of UK marketplace deactivation. But they don't allow me to transfer my available fund and saying "actions were taken by following the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement and our Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy".
Same company and same details but one marketplace agreed and other one not agreed. What can I do for this. Can anybody advise me?

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have seen with the funds release. I understand that they did determine the funds could be released on the EU, but not on the North America regions. If our teams allowed a partial release, it means that they did determine that the activity on the account was not severe enough to withhold the entirety of the amount. However, they did not have enough evidence to release all of the funds across the platform. You can attempt to submit more details to them, but we cannot guarantee that our team will reconsider the decision.
