Lost FBA Inventory Reimbursement

Is there a way to get in contact with one person consistently through Amazon Seller Central Support? It is so frustrating talking to a different person with each reply, as I feel like I am talking to a brick wall at times.

Two months ago, I initiated Amazon to return my product (FBA inventory removal). Hundreds of units were lost (even found someone on eBay selling 100 of them in bulk that never purchased them). Now I am being told that the units are able to be reimbursed for $0.77 per unit when that doesn't even cover my cost to manufacture (it's about 4x that price). The product has consistently sold for $10+ on Amazon, and all of my competitors sell a comparable product for $15+ per unit.

Additionally, 100ish of the units were returned back to the Amazon warehouses after I paid hundreds of dollars for them to be returned to me, and I did not initiate for them to "return to sender".

I need help and Amazon chat over the last two weeks just isn't helping at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Short answer here is no, it's not possible to get the same Seller Support representative. Cases are routed based on their issue type, and the scale of the Seller Support organization as a whole makes this unfeasible.

Do you have the Seller Support case related to this reimbursement? I would like to review the granted reimbursement as well as the ASIN itself to determine if there are options to escalate this on your behalf.

Was there an issue with the delivery of these 100 units back to that may have caused them to be returned to sender?

Looking forward to hearing back from you on this!
