Fed ex is a rip off

i am legit done shipping thru fed ex over the past month ive had over 200 dollars in adjustments just from fed ex claiming might dimensions were off and the weight as well. I recently sent a package that weighed no more than 7 pounds and fed ex audited it and claimed the package weighed over 30 pounds for 6 boxes of graham crackers. Just seems like they are randomly put dimensions and weight and its literally killing my profits is anyone else having this issue with fed ex?

Hello @Seller_lESgLJ3gHXoc7

If you share your Case ID, I can review the details and determine the reason for the adjustment and what your options are to dispute the carrier-audited information and adjustment.

If you have not already submitted a support case, you can request a dispute of the adjustment. I recommend including photos and/or product details showing that your original label information was accurate. Please note that FedEx One Rate has a strict 2200-cubic-inch / 50-pound limit. Larger/heavier shipments will not qualify.

If the package dimensions were larger than the original label information, the updated weight may be dimensional weight and not actual weight.

Yes, we stopped using fed ex after we found they adjust package weights anytime they see fit. I also believe what they are doing is fraud. They show the lowest prices of all the carriers and then just adjust the label prices afterwards. We were doing 20-30 fed ex packages a day and now haven't sent a single thing with them in almost 2 months. So they stuck us with a few hundred dollars in adjustments and now they lose our $100,000 worth of business per year going forward.

Yes, many sellers have been victimized by Fedex. Over the top "adjustments" using Fedex One seems to be the common thread, no recourse via Fedex or Amazon.

See "Do not use FEDEX ONE RATE service, that 's big trap, it's FRAUD!!!"
