Very need help!!! My product is restricted from selling to California

Hi everyone, I wonder if you have ever encountered this situation: one of my product pages has the message "This product does not comply with California air purifier regulations and cannot be shipped to California."

But we believe this is a misjudgment. The reasons are as follows:

1. The product has been in normal circulation and sales without any problems. The product has been continuously listed and sold on Amazon, including to consumers in California, and has never caused compliance issues. This restriction seems to be newly implemented and inconsistent with its long-term sales record.

2. Other similar products in the same category are not restricted. After verification, we found that many similar products (including our own brands and other sellers' products) are not subject to this restriction. This indicates that this is a separate misclassification that only affects this ASIN.

3. The product does not belong to the regulated "air purifier" categoryWe consulted a professional certification agency, and they confirmed that our product does not meet the air purifier standards set by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). Therefore, it neither needs nor qualifies for CARB certification.

But the problem is, I wrote to the Amazon team, and they kept asking me to provide CARB and EO codes. The problem is that this product can't do this, which means I'm in a state of misunderstanding. I want to know if there are sellers who have encountered the same situation as me, how to solve it? Or is there any staff here who can help me?

Thank you for your time and attention :)
