Being threatened by Amazon for 3rd party shipping
I have been quite about all the Amazon changes but we have slowly got rid of most of our catalog from 15% to 10 products and transferred some to Walmart and next Target. Amazon is now threatening us because what UPS/ Fedex or USPS are slower in their shipping to a customer. That is not on retailers? [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary] We do not own the shipping companies, we have no control over them! [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary], no wonder you have a class action law suit.
For Amazon the products we sell are top sellers and in demand so keep killing more resellers. In the end you will just be called Temu2 because top brands are leaving and you are left with Chinese stuff with high return rates.

Hello @Seller_NyL95CZZfN7o2
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have seen recently. I understand you may have had an issue with a package that was not delivered on time. If this caused your on-time delivery rate metric to go off target, then you may be seeing the at-risk banner.
This information is there to inform you that the metric is off target. This does not mean that action is currently required. We encourage you to monitor your performance notifications as this is where any official request would come from. For more information, we would recommend checking out the OTDR FAQ.
We understand that these types of changes to policy can be frustrating and have forwarded your feedback to the appropriate teams. We do encourage you to provide any details you would like to share to this thread for support.
Best,
Atlas
