It is appalling for Amazon to keep one in a loop back and forth with no concrete help to reach a brand registry consultant, such as an email and or a phone number! It could be more efficient and better customer service that one has to keep going around and around, not being able to get any help worth a case solution! This isn't very reassuring of Amazon!
