Amazon Wrongly Removed my Product due to "Amazon Product Safety"

Hello,

I am writing in hopes someone has a solution to the issue I am having regarding my ASIN being removed due to an incorrect product classification (case # 14556390931). Amazon believes my product is an "infant included sleeping position product" when in fact it is classified under "cradles & bassinets" and has gone through all of the proper compliance and testing through an approved testing facility.

I have all the proper compliance documentation listed in the help article they have referred me to (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/external/GPCC6385YHNT35A9?locale=en-US) and I keep getting automated replies from the highrisk-childsafety@amazon.com email alias stating they are not approving my product.

Why is this happening? Has anyone gotten through to the high risk child safety team and spoken to a real person instead of a robot or automated response?

No it's not and Amazon is shutting them all down. yes I know, others are selling them too, including those that p[posted here before you, with the SAME issue and reasoning.
