I have 2 shipments to FC RDU2
delivered over a month and not checked in, not recieved and now all closed.
I have 2 cases open, and nothing has been done in over 3 weeks on 1 of them
CASE
17062191211 opened on the 22nd of january
17119794001 on the 2nd of february
nothing done on both of them.
