Negative review in our listing but not from our product?
Customer review on ASIN B0CKX4SNPX is not related to our product. Customer post photo of packaging and manual but it does not belong to our product/brand. He/She probably bought a similar/cheaper product and reviewed the wrong product. Is there a way to fix that?
Hs/her statement is wrong about the product and hence the images are proof of that. Above all, its well noted on reviews that the charger can charge both Apple Watch and iPhone at same time/simultaneously. But the most important thing is that customer posted photo of manual that does not belong to our product.
