Compliance For Toys When Its Not A Toy
I have a product that is listed in the toys category, but it's not actually a toy. Amazon hit me up for compliance documents for this toy because that is a requirement for toys. I do not have compliance documents/testing done because its not a toy.
They have removed two of the child ASINs already and are working on a third. I have tried to appeal over and over but I keep getting the same response from seller support which is "this is a toy, please provide compliance documents"
Does anyone have any experience with this and know of a solution?

If the item you are listing is not a toy, why did you put it in this category. You need to relist the item in the appropriate category. ALL toys require testing.

Hey there @Seller_rdeK3rjVGoJq8- thanks for the post! Sounds like we might need a little more context to assist properly here. Would you mind providing the case ID you've been working on this issue with support on so I can take a closer look? If the item is not a toy, have you looked into changing the product's category?
Thanks!
Danny
