LPN not Found.. again and again..

Amazon is pretty good about providing LPN's on our FBA returns. However recently (about 20% of the time) I can not match the provided LPN with a FBA order.

Latest one was LPN RR IU210 0156 its simply is not found when searching FBA orders.

Any suggestions or ideas?

So I found it under returns report... not manage returns... amazon said it was returned to inventory.. but hey sant it back instead ad it did not show in manage returns.
