Shipment delivered on 5th Sep, Checked in on 29th Sep, but no item was received for sale

The tracking nubmer shows the carrier delivered the shipment to Amazon fulfillment center ONT6 on 5th Sep, We have the delivery proof. But untill today, 13th Oct, 38 days later, There is still no item was received. The reconcilation date changed 4 times, Changede date by date. From 18th Sep to 8th Oct to 18th Oct then changed again to 23rd Oct.

The shipment status changed to "Check in" on 29 th Sep, Then it have not updated information. No unit was received, It is small parcel, The check in status now is 14 days, 0 unit was received. All the shipment is Halloween products, We waited 38 days already and have no time to wait !!! Our hot sales products are totally out of stock!!! Our sales are already decrease 45% for the same time with last year due to stock-outs !!! Today is 13th Oct, The Halloween sale is less than two weeks.

We contacted seller support many times, Always told us wait wait wait, Without any help. All the shipment is Halloween products, We waited 38 days already and have no time to wait !!! As Halloween approached, I became more and more anxious, Can anyone help us ? It is really very urgent for us now...

I've had this happen many times. At best, Amazon will credit me for the lost inventory if I file a case. Do this now: take screen shots of the tracking pages from your shipping company. For example, UPS takes down tracking info after 6 months. That way when you're still fighting Amazon for credit a year from now, you can still make your case that the items were delivered.

I can't tell you how many times they checked in and received a case of product that weighed 44 pounds and received zero units.

It's an uphill battle.

Did your reconciliation date remain at Oct 23rd, and were you able to request that investigation? If so, let me know the case number associated and I'll be happy to take a look.
