URGENT!!! The whole feedback is product review and we met the robot response. Need help in this case

To Amazon:

Thanks for taking time, recently we received a negative feedback, the buyer left a feedback, their order number is 114-2552012-6184233; their feedback is "This came without a user manual. Please advise." on Apr 19,2024. We had opened a case for removal, however, we met a ROBOT RESPONSE in quick time, we are really not satisfied with the ROBOT response, the case ID is 15180191771.

And, we can not contact buyer via Amazon Platform, it is so frustrated by Amazon's feedback manager and Mail.

Please check the feedback carefully, the entire feedback is product review since the feedback is about "product no manual" and the buyer never contacted us via E-mail, we consider they mixed up the functions of the feedback and mail. Pls check the feedback carefully and help us remove it due to it is product review and buyer used it as E-mail. thank you!

I do not consider that a product review.

Feedback is supposed to reflect the seller's performance.

Sending a product with no manual is bad service.

The feedback reflects that.
