Unable to select color as a variation theme
One of my products comes in several color, but the color variation theme isn’t available. Other sellers have been able to list their product under the same category and have been able to use the color variation theme. I contacted Seller Support twice and they’re saying it’s not available. Any thoughts on what should I do?

Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that you would like to use a color variation for your items and that is not an option. The variations you are seeing by other sellers could have been created by Retail, which can create variations that other sellers are not able to. If you would like me to take another look, please provide a case ID so I can take a look, but it may be that you will get the same response that it is not possible. You can also look at this help page and look up the category you are selling in to see if that category allows color for a variation.
