Fedex shipping adjustment over $500 shipping fees
FedEx is charging ridiculous shipping fees adjustments
One of my orders they charge me an extra $190
Then on another order they charge me an extra $330
I understand maybe I was not exactly on point with the measurements but these adjustment fees are way too high for what was shipped, I can see if it was an extra $60 $80 but not over $500 for two orders, I could’ve fly there myself and gave it to the customer for that price it probably would’ve been cheaper
I contacted Amazon about these two orders for them to understand that these shipping fees are Ridiculous high for what was shipped and they responded that there’s noting they can do it’s valid
Has anyone had luck getting reimburse for some of those fees ?
If so how do I go about getting reimbursed? Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hello @Seller_jf4BquGaidl5y. Thank you for checking in about your recent FedEx shipments.
Carrier shipping correction charges occur when carrier-audited information differs from what was provided in the original shipping label. This is often differences in weight/dimensions, but can also include fuel surcharges, area surcharges, etc.
If you share the Case/Order IDs, I can review the details and determine if there is any path for you to dispute the adjustments.
However, based on the details you provided, it sounds like your shipping label was purchased with package info under 2200 cubic inches and/ 50 pounds, but carrier-audited dimensions/weights were larger. Because of this, the package no longer qualified for the FedEx One Rate service and a higher rate was applied.
We recommend sellers be especially accurate when shipping FedEx packages close to that 2200-cubic-inch/50-pound limit.
