I don't have a bank account
I don't have a bank account I registered as an individual seller and they increased my rate by 47.58 euros, therefore the rate of a professional seller. I wasn't careful enough and registered with a Postepay card. now they ask me for invoices and a current account which I don't have. in the meantime they deactivated my account. what happens if I leave it deactivated forever? I have no way to solve this problem because I don't have a bank account and I can't talk to an assistant but only emails that seem pre-set. I would like a refund and permanently cancel the account
