Express Payout Not Working?

Is anyone else having issues with Express Payout? Our bank routing number is included on the list, our bank account is verified, and we have express payout turned on. We turned on Express Payout in December, and since then, each payment has failed and is then initiated again the next day. It then takes 3-5 days to process. I&#39;m going to submit another case, but wondering if this has been a common issue.Thanks!
