I am a new seller in Amazon Singapore from Malaysia. While I want to add bank account details, I don't receive any SMS notification for approval. I tried many times and tried to resend but didn't work. I changed the number and still didn't work. I contacted Amazon help center but they were unable to resolve it. I contacted my phone carrier and they told me there is not any SMS notifications block or restrictions. May I know anybody can help to resolve the matter, please?
