I am in Japan and have sent countless shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers over the years. The USA, Canada, Australia etc. have never been a problem but Singapore is a nightmare.
The shipment has been stuck at UPS Singapore for nearly two weeks now. UPS is saying they need to contact someone at Amazon to finish clearing customs and arrange delivery (yes, I know Amazon will not pay any duties etc. for sellers and UPS knows to charge anything like that to me). However, they have not been able to contact anyone.
Support gave me the email address for inbound shipments but they never reply to any messages from either me or UPS.
hello.. I sent a parcel to Amazon, but a type of product did not appear. Then I opened a case on Amazon. Amazon wants me to update the expiration date of the product. I don't know why I would update the expiration date. Can anyone help? thanks..
